You don't have to take all of them to every activity. Only Packie, Brucie and Jacob. Roman and Dwayne/PlayboyX don't count for 100%.

You get no ammo limitations so you can have as many rockets as you want.

I got it over with quickly so I wouldn't have to play it anymore. It was getting really boring.

But they could possibly be talking about the $25 "Key To the City" that they mail you if you signed up for Rockstars Social Club and were lucky enough for the page to update you're game progress before the contest was over.

Again....I got them all when the Infernus was the car Stevie wanted me to steal. I just kept taking it, driving it around until I saw another Infernus, then stole it and brought it to a Safehouse. Stevies Infernus just keeps respawning so you can just repeat and it will always come back.

also, if u just find one, you can drive around Bohan where the car garage is for about 3 minutes or less and around 10 of them will be parked on the side all in different colors. very convenient...
