How do you get those open Es in the beginning between the 5h7 and 10p7

@bleachedmetal yeah, i remember struggling with it back then, i guess it just takes practice, dont really know how to help you, while youre hammering on the high E from the D just move your arm in the down picking position very fast and i think theres a triplet of open E's between the 5h7 and 10p7 if you wanna call it that

@MrBearcat73 hah cheapest ESP bass ive seen is 800 dollars but since im not an idiot and know that youre talking about LTD im gonna have to ask you, which in particular are you talking about, i went in a samash and picked up an f-104 and the action was so high i broke my fingers... (exaggeration) and i also tried out a 5 string fender p bass lookin LTD, i liked but still REALLY HIGH ACTION!!

@ShigglySixPounder thank you so much man, and yes i think you can finger this one but if i play it with finger i have a hard time hitting the open E notes on time, and besides i like to play it like the original and david ellefson plays this one with a pick for a sound that he calls "the knife" because it CUTS through the drums and guitars easier!
