@darkknight3993 The overall layout of the piece is reminiscent of Copeland (Spyro), but the actual melodies are more reminiscent of the Crash and Jak stuff. Best of two worlds, I say.

@PsychadelicoDuck This is yet another thing that I love about Indie games; musicians like Daniel Baranowsky have grown up listening to chip tune-y themes, and they create the same atmosphere that we felt playing games in the 80's and 90's.

I love the combining of the rock and chiptune flavors. It really embodies the essence of Meat Boy. I often contemplate this as I play, as the music is so entrancing that it simply compels me to, the tunes waft into my mind as I... *runs into buzzsaw*
