NOTE you have to go to the end of the dock to the right of the old Akura mission so you are over the subway
i found a glitch in the water next to boat as you fall down the water you'll teleport but dont know why i found that glitch but not his video his glitch were funny

This is scary cause it actually works. If u break the chain u will have problems with relations p.s for the next five years x-x-x
