Lori, I use your konnokol videos in my music classes and the kids (and I) are blown away. We try (and i mean try) to attempt to follow along with the hand patterns as we watch. That's such a help. I've heard konnokol enough now after showing it a zillion times to the kids that I actually am starting to "get it." THANKS!

Great stuff. However, I admit I don't understand it yet. Is she improvising on patterns, like you would in jazz? And are those patterns (i.e., "licks") traditional? Is it improvised at all? I would like to get more of a handle on this (I'm a horn player).
