Faster processor. They say its up to 50% faster then the 2g, but not really as far as gaming. Not worth getting if you have a 2g already. Wait for a camera :l

The only difference is that the processor is alot faster than the 2nd gen, which means it loads things faster and it has a microphone. I suggest you wait till the input at camera.
