  • I dont think he would want the keep to be running if he wasn't to sure about how deep it was it might flood his engine as he was tryn to get out with the wench. Idk maybe that's just my thought about it. Could be wrong

  • now shouldnt you have your jeep running to use the winch? just a question not bein smart

  • you have a dog sitting in there?

  • i think that fake tanned whore looks pretty hottt.. better then what supratuned could prolly get

  • Looks like ya'll we're having some fun! I hate when it ends up being way deeper than it looks. @SupraTuned, all i can say is you're lucky this guy is understanding of the ignorant retards on the internet. No one cares about your money, your supra, your muscles or your hair gel. I know if you came to me talking about my fiance that way, you'd be lucky to leave the conversation under your own power.

  • dude you are suposed to help the winch by driving out

  • @WizardOfTheKit no your not... that just gets you stuck even more...

  • @TheXJthatCould well my experiance with friends that have bigger jeeps we've always helped along, like a motor driven come along, to each is own i guess right? by the way i love the youtube name, i have an xj, you cant beat them

  • @WizardOfTheKit I would understand trying to drive out if you have a harbor freight winch, but with a 12k lb warn, you let the winch do the pulling they are built like tanks, and XJ <3

  • Guess it's a good thing the jeep behind him has a winch as well.

  • looks super fun! :)

  • thumbs up

  • hows that d35 holding up?

  • @09adge13 I blew it up twice from stupid mistakes. But I've learned that you can do a lot with finesse.

  • @SupraTuned Dude, did somebody piss in your cornflakes, why such negativity? The winch still works beautifully, so I didn't hurt it. And by the way, my wife is from NY and rather fair-skinned... don't know why you would call her a "southern bell fake tanned whore."

  • @gomofast he's just jelous, hating is what miserable people do to make them self's happy, but usually it dosent work and they end up trolling you-tube posting multiple negative comments about anything they can fins sumthin wrong with

  • @gomofast dont feed the trolls lol

  • @gomofast somebodies lealous of your girl, you, and your winch!!!!

  • @gomofast what do you care? its not yours if he wants to use it that way let him. you act like its a living thing that is being abused but its not its a fuckin machine made for this, he obviously didnt break it so stfu asshole

  • @mikesandytoes dude, you're yelling at the wrong person, it's my vid, haha. I think you meant to direct your comment @SupraTuned

  • @gomofast haha ya whoops -_-

  • @mikesandytoes You have a big mouth. I bet you don't talk that way in person.

  • @SupraTuned i would say allll of that to you especially when ur acting like an asshole for no reason

  • @gomofast because my buddy and I both have the endurance 12.0 and warn has said many times that you should still be very careful with how you winch, even though its their top off road winch. Sorry you pissed me off.

  • @SupraTuned you need to calm down dude.. thats low as hell to say something about a woman like that I bet if you were in person with the guy you wouldnt be nearly so tough... So what he used the winch for almost a minute boohoo thats 30 seconds more then whats RECOMMENDED not REQUIRED mabey people like YOU shouldnt be aloud on the internet you fake tanned slut

  • @rockinbass01 Yeah dude, 6'2 240 I'm a mason full time and swing blocks and I go to college full time in the UW system, I would eat you up and spit you out bitch. Go fucking threaten somebody who is actually afraid of you. I'm not some dumb hillbilly unlike you.

  • A mason full time and a college student full time. And he would eat you up full time and spit you out full time. And still have full time to off road in his full timing supra.

By the way, nice save on the jeep.

  • @SupraTuned You are just upset that your supra gets stuck in your driveway when it rains.

  • @wisechris Sorry, I have enough money to have a jeep and all the goodies to go with it and the same for a Supra. I have the best of both worlds. Your just mad you can't afford to have multiple toys.

  • @SupraTuned It all makes sense now, I am just jealous of you and your social skills. You have figured me out mister big shot millionaire supra man. For someone thats throwing money around like yourself it seems silly to worry about breaking a winch when you can just go break into your bank account and buy a new one. But who am i kidding, I am just the guy that has no toys at all :( .... If you didn't sense that it was sarcasm, i would never own a POS supra.

  • @SupraTuned dude you would hate fourwheeling with us, we used my buddies warn for about 2 minutes trying to get a fucking jeep out, you said that to him damn, i hope you dont shoot me, you stupid fucking moron peice of scum bag shit, you need your fucking teeth kicked in for talking about a woman like that...ESPCIALLY a mans wife

  • @SupraTuned Your a dumbass. Do you even own a winch? A good quality (warn) winch has a duty cycle as long as it can properly dissipate heat. Running a winch under water actually causes this to happen even faster, meaning you can run it longer without overheating. I can run my xp 9.5 with a heavy load for 15 minutes before It even BEGINS to run hot.

Leave this kinda shit to people that actually take their trucks offroad, ok?

  • Next time you should be driving with the winch not making your winch do all the work itll save the life of your winch

  • didnt that hurt your jeep?

  • @gomofast well thats good

  • I winch people out with my four wheeler all the time lol

  • Thats one impressive winch. Why didn't you help the winch along, was the engine soaked?

  • What do you call that strap connected to the tree?

  • @PSNjizzcake A tree saver.

  • Which poor sod had to wade through THAT to hook the winch up?

  • @lemminglobber That would be me.

  • I love my 8274 too. One bad ass winch!

  • Hell i just got my Z71 stuck on the side of a very muddy road and it took a tractor to pull me out. We had to leave it overnight because it was so muddy that it couldnt steer straight, we are going to have to take the wheels off and wash the whole thing down. Lol it doesnt help that i was muddin on BALD street tires.

  • shit! ida never tried that hole. and i wouldnt submerg my mile marker winch. im not to sure it would still work . what model warn is that?

  • @whatdafloopyjoop it's a Warn M8274, old school, mega-awesome

  • off roading without a winch is the real gamble, i have a hummer h3 and its great off road, but i don't have a winch yet so getting me anywhere near the mud right now is impossible, i have learned my lesson along time ago

  • that cant be good for anything at allis it suppsed to make that noise or is that cuz of the (worn winch)

  • did water get in the engine?

i have yet to use the brand new warn winch on my 01 Z71

  • its to take the impact if the cable breaks

  • why do people put shirts over winch cables?

  • @DallasStars248 You're supposed to weight down the cable with something in case it snaps. A shirt isn't really heavy enough, but it's better than nothing.

  • @gomofast To explain it better, there is so much tension on the cable that when it snaps it will take out the windshield, roll bar, your head, or your passengers head. Most recovery kits have a 'blanket', however, we use a tshirt w/ a DRing on both ends.

  • @gomofast ahh thankyou.

  • that and the guy can't speak English correctly... corrected statement " I would HAVE loved to HAVE seen..." and also "...Camera, make her learn..." and yes, that really is messed up to say

  • love it

  • 8274 in an awesome winch!

  • Aw the dog is just like, wheee! another ride.. Awsome jeep bro

  • @cheechaaron - why would you want to see some one get hurt? regardless of where they should be standing

  • @cheechaaron - that's a really f*cked up thing to say

  • can't go wrong with a Warn winch..

  • warns so damn expensive i just went with a smittybuilt havent had any problems yet have had for a year.. unfortunately the time i needed it the most i owned it just didnt have it on yet lmao.

  • warns so damn expensive i just went with a smittybuilt havent had any problems yet have had for a year.. unfortunately the time i needed it the most i owned it just didnt have it on yet lmao. as to winch cable snapping... he does point out something good for future reference.. not saying i agree that i'd want to see someone hurt just tell people when you're winching if they're going to be that close to stand behind trees ATLEAST. like i tell the kids when they go with us

  • @darensmiles4 i got my warn 8000 pound winch with the lifetime warranty for only 540.00 and it came with fairlead, remote, and all the necessary wires

  • @XxClemsonTigersXx where'd you get that from? I got a smittybuilt xrc8 for about 300 from 4wheelparts when i saw them at the event but thats a pretty good price for a warn.

  • @darensmiles4 i sent you a message with the link

  • @XxClemsonTigersXx fill me in on this deal too please

  • @whatdafloopyjoop Sent you a message.

  • Like watching fucking paint dry

  • sweet

  • Good adversizing for a winch. That looked hopeless.

  • did it start as easy considering the winch was eating up the battery??

  • Yup, Optima yellow-top... fired right up.

  • lol well thats good :P

  • @gomofast Need to get me a yellow

  • do jeeps get damaged when water level is that high? does the jeep still run?

  • If the water goes in the intake when the engine is running, then yes, that would cause damage. Luckily, that did not happen to me. Yes the jeep still runs great. It's my daily driver.

  • could always suggest getting a snorkel...

  • u should get a snorkle on that bud right out the back, i had a gmc s15 4x4with a snorkle and it could go really deep

  • what kind of axles do you have, just curious

  • Dana 30 and 35

  • It's surprising that Jeeps put such weak axles in Wranglers. You would think they would go with something with a little more strength.

  • Cool...really would have sucked if the water had gotten about 6 inches deeper though.

  • I wanna see video of the one that made it thru that hole.

  • you better carrier two battaries

  • whats the name of that mud hole?

  • This one was called the "Water Hole."

  • Its a jeep thing..You wouldnt understand!

  • The whole point of taking trips is to go through mud and push your jeep to the limit.. find out what breaks and build it better its all for fun not for a travel... always best to tow your rig not drive it lmao

  • put a snorkel on that sucker for next time

  • actually, it will, if water is -only- in the exhaust and you are certain it has not been able to get up to the exhaust valves and enter a piston that way, or you'll bend rods. You exhaust just looks like a mini fire hose for a little while as the air forces the water out.

  • Yes of course, but my concern was that water had flooded the intake, or "hydro-locked."

  • impressive winch

  • yo dude u got to put soume gas on it and spin the tires to help the winch. but cool though.

  • That pit was really deep and the engine stalled when I got stuck. At that point, I wasn't sure if I had sucked up water into the intake, so I decided not to start it up again until I was safely out of the mud and water.

  • did it get flooded out?

  • Nope, it fired right back up and I kept on wheeling.

  • Wow, impressive stuff. Single or Dual batteries? Glad you had enough juice to fire it back up after that pull!

  • Single Optima Yellow-top.

  • that sounded like an orangatang in the beging, also what tires are you running?

  • 35" BFG Mud Terrain TA KM

  • holy shit i want one!, what kind of winch is that and did you attach to a tree?

  • I'ts a Warn M8274-50, and yes, I attached to a tree.

  • Man that was really deep, and you made the right choice of not to try start the engine because of the mud level, the jeep starters are in a really bad low position and if you don´t run the engine at least 15 min. after mudding or going thru a river the carbons on the starter will give up and consume themselves.and that´s it for the carbon case of the starter.I´m from Venezuela (south america) and I own a 98 pajero 2 door and we get a lot of mudding down here, and that happened to me twice hehe

  • Yeah, I was nervous about the level of the mud and water, so I decided it would be best to just let the winch do the work, and then start it up again on the other side.

  • did you use a snatch block.... send your reply to my inbox if possible... thanx cool vid

  • Nope, I didn't have a snatch block, just the winch.

  • i got a warn M8000 it kicks ass

  • holy crap! That was deep...

  • thank god for a winch

  • After 10 sec of use u need to let the winchengine cool of for 15 sec.

  • that would suck if the battery died lol

  • The battery did die, on the highway when we were driving home that night. So we swapped batteries (I gave him my Optima yellow top). And then we drove to Autozone, bought him a new alternator, installed it in the parking lot, swapped batteries back again, and then drove home.

  • yea y didnt u have the engine running and helping out the winch?

  • I didn't have the engine running, because the water/mud was just about up the the air intake, and I didn't want to take a chance on hydro-locking the engine.

  • damn dude, starters and alternator's are expensive.. hahah i'm about to get a snorkel for mine. i've already risked it enough, and cant afford another accident. i've already broke my axle. haha

  • did yall have problems getting the jeeps started or what?..

  • Nope, they fired right back up, no problem. I was worried though, that we might have sucked some water up into the intake, but I guess not. The white Jeep (other video) did suffer a fried alternator though, and my Jeep eventually needed to have the starter replaced because of this.

  • That winch works fast! I think Rocky was the most excited one in the car when you were stuck!

  • Rocky was awesome on this trip. You can see him in the back of the Jeep wagging his tail in a few of the videos.
