  • I would love you guys to look into making a macadamia or and argan line within your brand. With all the benifits of both these natural and multi-purpose oils, i think it could be really successful.

    Just a suggestion :)

  • Going to place an ordee now! Thanks for the demonstration :)

  • I'm SOOO glad I found these products!! Can't wait to order. :)

  • I have purchased this comb from your web site and I love it! I get the best and safest flat Iron using my maxiglide with aragon oil with the steam. I also use the Caruso Steam Hot Roller System for lots of curls that last and at night I do pin curls. (MBL pass my BSL) Order this comb if you want a good straight flat iron hair. I have been natural for almost 3yrs and no heat damage bc air drying and flat iron at 250 degrees. Thanks!

  • @mattiesmith1 AWESOME!!! thanks a million

  • I purchased your chase comb awhile ago and finally got around to using it. I absolutely love it and the results it gave me ;-) I have a video I posted of me straightening my hair, I would love to post a video response if you don't mind. Thank you!

  • @gflowers02 great. feel free to post :-)

  • U really dnt need the comb jus never hit the roots to damage, and rip... I got ma own method n it wrkqs great ;)

  • @elleonne25 Im interested in what you do. Inbox me how you work your hair magic plz. I need somebody's miracle over here! lol Thanks!!

  • Finally did the chase method :) results came out nice :) how long does it take you Saleemah? It took me 2 hours smh kind of frustrating lol but worth it :)

  • @kmariebanks Hey!!! Practice makes perfect :-) the more you do it the faster you get. it took me about 1 hr.

  • I like the chase comb but as a professional stylist specializing in healthy hair I think the comb should come in finer teeth to get a wicker yet smoother look! Luv the chase method

  • What size is that sedu iron I found it on amazon, but do you have it for sale with your product?

  • @1977Msfelicia Hi! No, we do not have the iron available on our website for sale. I used the 1.5 inch iron thx!

  • Could you post a vid of you trimming your ends??

  • @PrettyGirlBrown78 I sure will when I do my next trim.

  • i love this!! but I'm so afraid 2 flat iron my hair again because i ended up with heat damage :(

  • everytime I do this method my hair still gets frizzy :( Maybe I need to get your products for my flat iron results!

  • I did the biig chop in june of 2009, my hair is not that long, Right now I dont have the money for the products, do you have any alteratives?

  • where can i find the comb u place on your blow dryer?

  • @atalacewig1 You can get it from any beauty supply store. thx

  • That's way too much prep and stuff to do I my opinion. I'm a low maintenance girl.I'm transitioning and just learning what prod ucts r good and work. Plainly old grease on every strand before hot ironing works for me and then a wrap.. with that being said... is grease not good for natural hair?

  • @ShannR414 grease is not good if it contains petrolatum or mineral oil these two ingredients should be avoided

  • @HealthyHairJourney

I meant to say you should not use grease.

  • @ShannR414

you should use grease, use natural oils instead, coconut, jojoba, etc.

  • When I flat iron, my roots are still puffy, How do I resolve that without burning myself?

  • @kametta1121 try getting as close as possible without burning yourself. Practice makes perfect :-)

  • How often do you straighten you natural hair an what do you suggest when your hair won't curl again? Is cutting the straight ends and starting over my only option?

  • @gmaheia226 I straighten my hair once every 1-3 months. If the hair is severely damaged by heat and it will not revert again after a few months the only option is to cut or grow out the damaged ends slowly. Sometimes using a sulfate based shampoo and increasing your protein in your regimen may help ONLY it the damage is not too severe. THX!

  • @BeautyizU Sure.. you can get closer to the roots if you wish.

  • Hello Saleema thank you so much for making a video on the flat iron comb. I have been having the same problem with my ends too I know I need to have them cut. Can this comb be used on a fro it is not that short but not that long.

  • @cocolish07 Sure. You can use this method on any length that is long enough to flat iron :-)

  • thank You, thank You, thank You, Finally I found You, who makes taking care of , of course, that is, my napeeee peas ,without all the gimmicks and tricks and not to mention spending tons of money; keep up the good work and now I actually believe I can maintain this napeeee 4c(hair type) peas my mama and papa did nt have to give me LOL. Thanks for making life a little easier for me; was truly on my way back to napeeee hair REHAB....

  • @NaturalStylesify You can't go wrong with our Hydratherma Naturals Daily Moisturizing growth lotion and sealing in the moiusture with the hair growth oil. :-)

  • Can you please do a tutorial on the natural hairsyle you were wearing in the beginning of the video.

  • @onecheapchic I sure will!

  • I am so afraid of straightening my hair. You make me want to try it. You have beautiful hair.

  • Greetings, what is the trick to getting the back of the head? I can never use this method effectively just below the crown and the back to chase all the way to the ends. Any suggestions? Thank you. Peace and blessings

  • @hugheshair Juts take very very small sections. Practice makes perfect. The more you do this, the better you will get.

  • Very beautiful! I'm five months post my Big Chop.. if this is what I have to look forward too?? Omg!!!! Healthy hair, length?? Here I come. Caint wait!!!! Lol Thanks for the video! :)

  • Your hair is just plain beautiful! Dang I hope in a year's time my hair is healthy and has a substantial amount of length like yours. Thanks for the vid.

  • Hi. Let me start by saying you were the first person whose videos I watched after I did the big chop last year. Thanks for showing me that I can be natural and have beautiful hair like every other race in the world. For some of your videos the lighting is not adequate. Please use better lighting so we can see details. Especially since you are selling a product. Thanks!

  • thanks for sharing

  • Hi. I've been natural for two years and I'm always a little curious about what my hair would look like straightened. I am terrified it won't revert back to its natural curls if I try it though. I've read a few horror stories about women flat-ironing and then having damage and straight pieces that won't revert.

Have you ever had that problem?

  • o wow huge difference at around 835 from no chase method to using the chase method

  • Thanks for the video. I have a comb very similar to this one. I purchased it from Sally's. I'm glad you made this vid, I was going to return it. I will keep it for future flat ironing sessions.

  • Are you pregnant? You look a little fuller in the face. Great vid thanks for sharing

  • nice vid, thnx for the tips. I will try that with my straightener, the Karmin G3 Salon Pro, it works great :)

  • Thanks for the video

  • Just Gawjuss!!

  • does more tension mean less heat?

  • Ok, so you know you not getting away with just flashing those pretty styles, in particular the braided swoop style. Show me how!! lol

  • Thanks so much for this video! Your hair is GORGEOUS and it looks SUPER healthy. I'll be following you!!!!! I'm your newest subbie!

  • Thanks for your kind comments!!!

  • Is there a brush form of this comb. I have a comb like this but I need a brush like this. HELP!

  • You have the most phenomenal length retention that I’ve seen on youTube!

  • Great tutorial Saleemah, I always have trouble using the chase method but you were very detailed on how to use this comb w/ this method. (thank you)

  • Great video.

  • Do you color your hair if so what color

  • @yuh8nme1982 i use the ion brand jet black :-)

  • Amazing, how do you prevent from getting heat damage. I know a lot of people use thermal protectors and they still experience it. If I knew I could get these results without the threat of curl damage, I'd do it, because your hair looks great.

  • @godsflame2 thanks! I definitely use the Hydratherma Naturals Herbal Gloss Heat Protector. Be sure to not use heat more than once a week on freshly washed hair and don't use heat more than 440 degrees. Use ceramic / tourmaline always! I hope that this helps!

  • wow ur hair has grown soo much since da last vid!

  • WOW!!!!! Your hair has grown back out to where you were before.Still pretty and thick:)

  • I love your hair. I have the Maxi Glide curler and the removable plate has teeth like a comb and I was wondering if that is as good as using the comb

  • I meant the sedu irons...thanks again

  • I have those same flat irons and they work wonders. Just waiting on my one year post BC mark to hav eenough hair to use them again. ha

Thanks for sharing with us. and I will be getting this comb to help me. even though my hair is only about 5 or 6 inches now.

Thanks for sharing with the rest of us

  • Your hair looks awesome!!!

  • very nice

  • How do you keep your hair moisturized while it is straight without too much reversion? because i know the growth lotion is water based. Also, do you think a girl can continue to grow long hair who keeps it straight through heat? im thinking of blow drying once or twice a month and flat ironing twice a year.

  • @Chehlove Cool! I moisturize with only a pea to dime sized amount only. This prevents reversion. As long as you do not overuse the growth lotion, you'll be fine :-)

  • Thanks for this video!

  • Nice! We need a progress video...your hair grew soooo much! :-)

  • you are just as gorgeous as your hair ;)

  • I recently went completely natural about 2 months ago, I've been following you since you were a TWA...all i can say is that i'm so inspired by you!! I love ALL of your videos...your hair is simply gorgeous!! =)

  • I didn't know you were located in Atlanta.

  • I'm headed to your site now to buy me one of those combs!! Thanks for sharing!!

  • Very nice results. I still can't believe how much your hair has grown since your big chop.

  • belleza (beh-yeh-za) means beauty in spanish. nice sleek results!

  • i must have that comb!

  • OMG beautiful....I love the style with the braid in the front!

  • beautiful hair

  • Your hair is sooo dark i love it !!

  • I use your entire line and my hair is growing and getting very thick! I have a hair crush on your hair! Lol I will be ordering this next week! Thanks for the tutorial

  • is it seamless?

  • @ashleynmoore12 It does have rounded smooth seams along the back but this area has no contact with the hair at all.

  • What's the temperature of your flat iron?

  • @JTwisdomJT around 380. degrees
