Additionally, you can not copyright a title. The Bellamys have no grounds whatsoever for their lawsuit and they stole the composition from The Eagles. When you copyright a song, you are protecting the music. A song without lyrics is still a song, lyrics without music are a poem and can't be copyrighted as a song.
