"Town planning" is bosses who bully you constantly to "approve" development. Town planning involves "sustainability" where again developers get ALL the kudos and anyone who oposes the developers get threatened. As a planner your job is to rubber stamp everything that is submitted by a "customer". Everybody else gets second preference. If you are seeking any fairness at all, boycott the planning system all together and go straight to the court and use common law.
I agree Sebbo. Town planning sucks. Never do it again. I used to do it now I'm out. THank God for that !!!!!!!
