  • Hello why would you do radial nerve mobility? Would that not cause increase in symptoms of the radial nerve since your further stretching it? Please answer

  • @100sniff It may actually relieve symptoms. Neurodynamic tensioners and sliders are an accepted form of manual therapy, used more by PTs than DCs. Any technique can increase symptoms if performed incorrectly, or when not indicated. I would stop using any technique if it increased symptoms and they remained worse upon cessation of the technique. If they did not remain worse and improved or went back to baseline, you are not worsening the condition or creating irritation.
