Hey everyone... just thought I'd say that this is not a high def video, wish it was but unfortunately it's not. It's the content though that should matter. Just like everything else, if you feel that Chris Gibson's acne reduction method may be a unique new approach, give it a shot. Everyone's skin has different chemistry. Well, I tried it everybody!

And my face cleared up, it greatly reduced the swelling, eating only 4 apples a day and just water.

It was hard. But, i made the mistake of eating a bunch of greasy foods as soon as i could!

It does work, but not exactly as stated, it is great to clean your body out though.

My recommendation. Try it, i lost 3 pounds as well.

i just went 3 days eating only 4 apples at meal time and one for if you get really hungry,

have different apples as it gets repetitive eating only the same type.

if you can find pure, organic apple juice/no additives and NO CORN SYRUP avoid concentrated kind its not the same.

It will not get rid of the pimples unless done for weeks and with lots of sun and exercise and good hygiene. it does however reduce redness and will help to lose weight as well
