Lol too bad everyone has recon now...or at least like 900 people playing Halo 3. Recon is overrated once you get it it's like...now what? If people thought EVA armor made you a sniping target wait til you wear Recon, EVERYONE wants to kill the people with Recon, even their own team mates. Recon is not a sniping target like EVA or Security, it's just a target to kill no matter who's team you're on.

It is literally impossible to add any new armor to halo 3 or odst. new armor will be out in Halo reach though. we just have to wait. Look on the halo 3 forums. you can find where it says that no new armor can be added

Now there are other ways to get recon, but in the old time it was unacessible and every damn kid wanted it so bad while , most of people barely care, they're happy to tea-bag a guy with recon.
