• used to work for these when they were a small company in sheffield

  • you were invited to ebuyer because you work for them, why make out your a customer , you are the same guy that does other ebuyer review videos.

  • @coyleybhoy From my understanding, he made this video in 2007, and after they called him along, got involved in the competitions and so on, he eventually got a job with them?

  • WHY ARE THERE FUCKING ADVERTS ON THIS!!!!!!!! I COULDNT CARE LESS ABOUT 'LOREAL FOR MEN'

  • Quality products good service. I've never had a problem with ebuyer

  • ???????????????

  • I like ebuyer good service.

Got some pc components from them in the past.

  • I've bought thousands of pounds worth of goods from ebuyer without any problems

  • lol i thought it was my package. i ordered a card reader thing, a thermaltake TRUE and some cds/dvds, all the stuff in there looked like it! but it dont think it was mine :P

  • and they send you items that have been sent back by people

  • handled with care my fuckin ass...now i finnaly know why i always have to fucking return shit to ebuyer...cuunts

  • @B1gBassa

well would probably be postals fault but there stuff is packed fine and products are fine

  • postal fault? i don't get my stuff through the post, mainly city link..but had alot of bad experiences with ebuyer such as faulty hardware and having to send them back......parts not arriving on time especially when i pay extra money for quick delivery.

  • @B1gBassa

postal faults .. city links fault its all the same is still like 'posting an item'

Well i've bought a monitor, every part of a pc needed and a few others from ebuyer. next day delivery was fine, items were fine etc... also faulty hardware isn't there fault - you get that anywhere so

  • nah not really..ive moved onto another website aria in uk and its been 100% but perfect from there.

  • Poor quality control means crap products!

  • lol see thw way she handled that hard drive. ram it in!

  • He now works for them, he does the videos for some items, no wonder he looked familiar

  • do ebuyer ships to denmark?

  • you sell out!

  • Ebuyer are excelent. Very fast even with supersaver delivery. They have the best deals round and I have had no problems with citylink. I would recomend them to anyone.

  • i agree i have a buisness account with them they r ace

  • so do you get good discounts as a business?

  • yes

  • no shit sherlock i bet ebuyer get more than 50% discount per package than you pay

  • Nothing from ebuyer works correctly and citylink tried to deliver 8 times to the wrong fucking address!

  • @Zeamus634

thats citylinks fault and ebuyer stuff works fine lol

  • Lets see...3.1 channel sound system - graphic equaliser doesn't work. 2 X USB hubs - don't work. VOIP gateway - rusty USB connectors on the cable (SHRINK WRAPPED!!!). Illuminated USB keyboard - misses keys type when typing too fast...need I go on???

Poor quality control means crap products!

  • @Zeamus634

well ebuyer would get sent the items in a box and not move them so how would it be there fault now :P???

  • Do you nort know anything about running a business???

They should go to the suppliers premises and carry out an inspection before committing themselves to considering them

    as a supplier!

  • I have found that city link are generally crap unless you live within 30 miles of their HQ [main HQ not a depo].

  • Ebuyer were better when they started, nowadays, its cheaper branded items, stacked high sold cheap... however they do have some real bargains, However , I will Never rate CityLink as anything but Rubbish, Parcelforce are better as IF YOU MISS a parcel at least they have a depot to collect from.. Citylink have no set calling times , even if you chose one, they call whenever, and if missed, you have another day waiting in... 8 /10 Ebuyer 1/10 Citylink

  • I run a small business and I used to buy lots of stuff off ebuyer, especially when I had an account manager. The day she left was the day problems started happening. Missed orders, cancelled orders, orders cancelled due to no stock, despite asking if they where in stock! Ebuyer Customer service depends on who you get, some staff care some couldnt give a crap! Needless to say I dont use them as much anymore.

Never had a single problem with Citylink and there used by lots of my suppliers.

  • Citylink are a nightmare - worst was 4 promised deliveries that didn't turn up. Then my call was 'escalated' and they would send my package with another courier... waited in another day and they forgot that too. I complained and got a standard letter back. Useless company.

Ebuyer are ok, have had one bad experience ordering 2 items that were meant to come together as a gift but was then told they wouldn't. Sales girl was rude but customer service were much more polite and sorted it out.

  • why is the guy in this video the same guy that is in some of the Ebuyer.cheeese

    product videos?

  • I've used them 4 years, always come well ahead of time,so can't complain.Got something 4 my mate which was faulty, came and got it,paid delivery, and had back within a week.,i always do 5 day delivery, and most of time i get it within 3 days.Had to say this when person said someone was lucky because they got it sooner.I know someone else who regularily gets it well b4 due time.Gr8 place

  • bought some stuff today , an i noticed they are using u.p.s instead of city link , but the parcel still arrived at 12.40pm it was supposed to arrive between

    7.30am -12pm .

  • cant say ive had any probs with ebuyer ive spent 1000s of pounds an only ever had a faulty mo board an they soon changed it after it running fine for a month then packing up. so cant complain. they even paid for the return of the package .

  • Got a CCTV system from Ebuyer. They didn't include the lead from the unit to the PC there for rendered it almost unusable. Could only watch on the monitor. No way to record and keep. Contacted Ebuyer 6 times and got only one response they said they would lookinto it and never got back to us. I will never buy from them again.

  • I've no problem with Ebuyer whatsoever, however Citylink are a complete shambles. I waited for a delivery of a TV from Ebuyer, seen the van arrive and immediately drive off without knocking/beeping etc. Called their office to have him return, when he did (foreign guy), stated "it wasn't on my satnav"! When he was leaving one of the boxes fell out of the van as he left the side door open. Idiots. I chased after him to give it back and advise shut the door! Liverpool.

  • In my Personal Experiene shopping at Ebuyer , i have never expereienced a bad service, everything which i have ordered has arrived at my door with no problems at all. Just the service i expect! EBUYER are great! CityLink are great!

  • thats where ive seen kwaichi before he works for them lol

  • Hi, do ALL their PC components come sealed and boxed? i get confused with some of their info "Boxed in retail packaging" Thanks :)

  • i've ordered hundreds of items over the last 5 years and have NEVER had a single problem. Altrhough, I agree with last comment... not sure I'll buy any more hardrives off them after seeing them chuck them around.

    Gemerally.. well done Ebuyer!

  • lol @ 4:38, i wont be buying any hard disks off them now!!

  • lol - never noticed that before. hds are pretty sturdy to be fair

  • yeah generally they are but not something want to break if you can help it mate lol

  • Ar e you that dude who reviews the products on the videos which are on Ebuyer site?

  • @dannyr2006 That's exactly what I thought too!

  • tried 2 buy a ps3 off ebuyer £306.99 total..

paid via paypal week after said dont take unconfirmed paypal addresses??

    WTF!!

TOOK A MONTH TO RETURN £306.99

  • sorry to hear that

  • Ebuyer are a good company I have bought many things from them and had no problems what so ever.

  • 6:34 LOl

  • I have ordered a fair bit from ebuyer and they have been ok. I always get things in 5 days time using super saver people who get it sooner must be very lucky.

I have ust ordered over £500 worth of pc components from them next day delivery which cost me another £14.95. 1 item arrived 3 days late, another item didnt work so i have had to send it back so far ive been waiting 4 days and not heard a thing from them.

    customer service is shit!

  • it's true, you can choose 5 day free delivery and it comes in 3 days...

  • Bull fucking shit, I ordered some headphones and paid for 5 day delivery, they came in 19h 30m

  • u got lucky.

  • nope, I have known many other orders to be like this.

  • also it's "know" not "no".

  • y his piss u off?

  • ahhh!!!!! thats my poppy up there (Armando Sanchez)!!!!He's the best poppy ever!~!~!

  • I have bought many items from ebuyer never been let down. They are the best.

  • and the cheapest

  • part3 .. just a shame the delivery side let it down. but hey to be the presenter of a competition on their behalf and to pick the winners. hhmm buzzing. just a shame ebuyer had to go to those lenghts to recover from a embarrasing event just from your experience of a City-Link delivery..... keep up the good work

ps how much did they pay you '!

  • part 2 .. about the experience from ebuyer through city-link to yourself. getting your name wrong at the reception made me laugh, the bungee jump gag had me giggling, but the fact after you went through the visit and was presented a city-link truck as a token gesture has me crying. on a serious note, ebuyer is a great company and i personally can say meeting the guys there and seeing how efficient the despatch department is made me impressed.

  • hi kwai chi, i too visited ebuyer. but on official business for citylink. i cant believe they let someone in to film them who complained about citylinks service. not that i am knocking you for doing it as you have just had me in stiches watching your video's

  • Ebuyer are normally ok, been let down a few times mainly by sh*tylink

  • i buy from ebuyer all the time and truthfully i was let down once but most of the time they delive bang on time.

  • it looks abit like amazon in Milton Keynes

  • That sign was hilariously cheesy along with that tinny ebuyer music.. haha

  • how do you get to vist ebuyer warehouse

  • Video response posted last night :)

Thanks for the amazing insight to the scale of the operations at ebuyer. a real eye opener to how efficiently that generally do work to get things to you on time!

  • It will be ironic when the winner receives their laptop to find it has been used or is missing parts, then struggles to get any kind of customer support from Ebuyer within this decade.

  • Yeah, Ebuyer is really cheap. Fingers cross I will win that laptop, the one I have now is almost 10 years old.

  • I think 36

  • 36 ebuyers for me!

  • 36 ebuyers heard

  • 36 ebuyers

  • that is unfair :\ i live in Ireland and never used ebuyer oh well.

  • a UK contest only :(

Well I hope you got more than a tonka toy while a happy customer get a lap top or a flat screen.

  • I love giving stuff away to other people - especially when it wasn't mine to belong with :)

  • Bugger, didn't know I had to do that! :-(. Haven't gotten to uploading any video yet on Youtube.

  • well you have a few hours left. it's really easy to make a video using windows movie maker which is on xp & vista

  • hey waz up

  • Excellent video. I've boought loads of stuff from Ebuyer so it's interesting to see their operation.

  • He said it 33 times.

  • Kwai Chi have you entered the competition with your customer service vid?

  • i replied to this video because they are related to each other. i don't think it would be fair if i entered!

  • Did he say eBuyer 34 times? o.0

  • response posted!

  • haha! that video was hilarious!

  • when are you making the BIG announcement?

  • 1st june

  • Shame that the issues surrounding your problems weren't really explained. They just showed you around a big warehouse and give away a laptop and 17" monitor as a PR exercise. Which wouldn't have been a great expense on their part and didn't even consider discussing your experience with the company. I realise that you may have done this off the camera. I used to be a courier and I have worked in a factory. The service was pretty bad I'm surprised that they didn't want to talk about it online.

  • haha wii!~

  • i like those things

  • 36 times of " Ebuyer "

  • thanks for your entry

  • i counted 35

  • thanks for your entry

  • entered my response - hope u like it!!

  • it was great thanks :)

  • good vid Kwai, rgds from zuri, ghd

  • thanks gaz

  • Ebuyer was mentioned 36 times in the video

  • thanks for your entry

  • Just wondering when you are announcing the prize winners?

  • 1st june

  • ok thanks , im sorry if it was made clear what the date already was.

  • Ebuyer, boy does their warehouse look huge. We ,the company I work for Orca Book Services, just moved from a 28,000 sq ft warehouse into a 60,000 sq ft warehouse. We have 2 of those Linde "K" trucks that you were in and have one more on the way in about 4 months.I also see they had at least 1 Linde order picker. Its a damn big warehouse. If you dont mind I will pass the details of this onto my Logisitics manager so he can have alook at their operation.

  • the more the merrier! why not post a vid and win a new lappie!

  • i SEE a wii in the bg!! I WANT THAT WII!

  • go to ebuyer dot com!

  • wow, i want to visit the ebuyer place actually, that would b awesome!

  • If you win you will be picking up your prize there.

  • woah i actually think this video is great! i always buy everything from ebuyer and i always wonder about it, its quite cool, ive watched it 3 times already (cus im trying 2 count the amount of times ebuyer has been said) i think i will say... 36 probably, but i might b wrong and ill watch again 2 check

  • Thanks Terocs! Make a vid yourself to be in with a chance of winning :)

  • something for everyone,,,,,,,lol.....c.a.

  • Absolutely!

  • Yet another reason (Other than stephen "nutjob" harper) to want to move outta canada.

  • isn't canada part of the UK?

  • not anymore. since the independance. canada is self governed now. down side? can't enter the contests.

  • I was joking! :)

  • oh. sorry. asperger's makes it so i sometimes don't get jokes. lol

  • nps

  • what a joke. you give them a huge amount of advertising and all they give you is that 3 quid little truck... this publicity is worth a laptop atleast.

ps. we got to lie about ebuyer now to win that laptop and flat screen?? LOL

  • so cynical! i think it's great if someone wants to give away something for pretty much nothing :)

  • well kinda free... youve given them £1000s of publicity and advertising LOL

  • it's nothing they couldn't already do themselves really i think...

  • cant believe you said that girl had a tidily packed box... LOL

  • did i miss something?

  • Nice tour you got there!

I will making a video soon since i bought so much from ebuyer in the past 2 years or so, and some have been positive.

Now all i need is to make a video were no one will fall asleep while watching it, give me some time but it will be done before the deadline :).

    Cya

  • make it snappy!

  • done ;)

  • thank you for your submission

  • move to the uk!

  • i see the Wii

  • i saw it too!

  • That is one hell of an operation

  • true....

  • Kwaichi is back, wohooo!!

  • hello mp!

  • hmmm I guess I could make a vid tommorrow... never know :P

  • you could be the only entrant! you never know!

  • Wow, talk about VIP treatment! Good luck to all the Brits who decide to give this competition a shot. Pity I'm just an American... (LOL!!)

    *Nick*

  • ebuyer used to be in the usa, but not anymore

  • wonderful vid Kwaichi! , i wondered if it was possible to enter both the compotition you have going like teh commetn compo and the ebuyer experience compo?and will i have to go up to ebuyer if i win a mystery prize?but anyway my answer for the comment competition is 36.

  • you can enter both. the mystery prize is the same for both methods of entry. It's one competition. You will not have to go anywhere for the mystery prize. everyone who enters a video will receive one.

  • ah it;s based in yroskhire, let me guess the leeds side? i'm from yorkshire - whatdya think to our accents?

  • it's in howden

  • whatdya think to our accents?

  • good like!

  • This is brilliant! I am a big fan of anything industrial, so seeing the shipping assembly area was really an extra special treat.

  • I was really surprised by the size of the place

  • It is important to do some extra math... when he says 280,000 square feet, you have to remember that a lot of that is stacked in pallet racks 6-8 high. So if 50% is occupied with pallet racks, then you have 140,000sq + 6*140,000sq. How about that? :-)

  • ermmm.... eh?

  • Actual USABLE floor space is far is excess of physical floor space because of the judicious use of those 6-high pallet racks. Make sense now?

  • The warehouse is actually 280,000 square feet floor space ;-)

  • Actual USABLE floor space is far is excess of physical floor space because of the judicious use of those 6-high pallet racks. Make sense now?

  • sorry, I didnt do the math properly and I thought you were saying it was less then 280,000, not more :-p

  • No problem! All the while we are pushing this video further up the "most discussed" list. :-)

  • eh?

  • Nice interesting tour - did they see your origional video - or did u send a complaint as well?

  • both - they saw my original video & I sent a complaint through

  • this a uk company yeah mate?

  • correct.

  • was that the owner who took you around?

  • Armando is the operations director. He oversees most ebuyer stuff.
