I saw the same thing when i was out fishing off the beach, during the full moon in april. It was around 20 times brighter than any other star, I freaked out and hid in the car, thought it was a ufo or helicopter. Watched it come up over the horizon at 2am. Was still visible after the sun was up, shiny metallic look. 99% sure it was the planet Venus. Filmed it a bit, just a light in the sky. It'll be out tonight, but will just look like a normal star.

I saw something similar on the 14/5/2011 at 5:55pm at Browns Plains QLD. I have photos and a mate took a short video on his phone. There were many people there. We saw 2 fire balls heading west to east, following each other at about the speed of a slow aircraft, flying horizontal at a consistent altitude all the way out to sea until they disappeared from view.
I really like this video because the reactions to it are right for the moment. It's not like the reactions were delayed like if it was cgi or something. I also like the fact that it was filmed inside and outside. Great catch guys!

You are looking at Venus, the movements of the clouds make it appear like the object is moving. If you would like to see it again, get up and look at it again anytime in the early morning through the month of May... The moon BTW, is in the evening right now. Venus is the brightest object in the sky except for the Sun and Moon.

Southern Skywatch Charts shows Mars and Jupiter almost lined up in right about the same spot your looking at in this vid. The horizon is getting lighter so the video is towards the east. That's about what the chart shows.
Keep searching for things in the sky and you will see them, I filmed 2 objects in the day moving very strange across half the sky in 5 minutes a few years ago, there are definately some strange things up there, check my clip to see if they moved the same way as yours.

This isn't Venus. It's far too large and Venus does not pulsate light. Planets flicker, but they don't radiate light like that on such a scale.

hey guys have seen teh same thing 2x now in south brisbane near ippy ... we know what you saw and we believe ... our 2nd siting was probably about the same time you saw it but earlier in the night maybe 11:30 - midnight tho ... wow talk about deja vu .... he if you want a believer in what you saw contact me and can explain the full story ... ours went from NE to SW sometimes almost standing still and occasionally would jump and zig zag it was awesome watch for over 7 minutes cheers well done

Around New Years Eve we saw the same thing above our house in Bundaber Queensland Australia. It was very early still dark and I woke up because the neighbour was taking photos of it.
The photos showed it high in the sky like yours then it came down close, to just over the top of a tree in the backyard and you could see in that photo there were 2 orbs joined by an arc of electricity. I will try to get the photos to post. I know u did see it!

Southern Skywatch Charts shows Mars and Jupiter almost lined up in right about the same spot your looking at in this vid. The horizon is getting lighter so the video is towards the east. That's about what the chart shows.

Keep searching for things in the sky and you will see them, I filmed 2 objects in the day moving very strange across half the sky in 5 minutes a few years ago, there are definately some strange things up there, check my clip to see if they moved the same way as yours.

@PhyrestorM13 Where did you see yours? We saw it and got photos of it really close just above the trees. When it was close you could see it actually had 2 orbs of really, bright light and trhey were joined together by an arc of electricity. I wondered fi it had come to look at the flooding.
My neighbour (who took the photos) thought it was something the govt. had developed but we are talking Australia here, I doubt our army could make and use something so advanced. It was mindblowing.

Why do people who post so-called "UFO" videos always put up blurry, out-of-focus garbage like this? Try to debunk this? Debunk what, the smallish white blur that could be a plane or star or planet? Nope, I definitely can't debunk THAT. Now if you start saying it is some sort of alien-piloted craft just because you can't see it clearly, then you're jumping to conclusions.
