  • Thannnkyou for uploading! :D

  • she reads it so fucking well. kills me

  • @vickymiau35....the title of the music is "Bewitched Bothered & Bewildered", in this case, played by Dick Hyman. If you get the soundtrack, very rare, it will be on there. Research Dick Hyman. He is a genius in his own right!

  • Brillante

  • what's the name of music piano???

  • @vickymiau35 "bewitched, bothered and bewildered"

  • your slightest look easily will unclose me

though i have closed myself as fingers,

you open always petal by petal myself as Spring opens

(touching skilfully, misteriously) her first rose

i do not know what it is about you that closes

and opens; only something in me understands

the voice of your eyes is deeper than all roses

recuerdas? te lo dije, tenías que ser un poema. ahora sí, feliz cumpleaños juanma.

  • That almost brought tears to my eyes, this really made my day :) He's not pathetic, pathetic is never trying and taking life extremely too serious. Funny the man reminds me of myself...I would of had done the same thing if somebody meant that much to me.

  • So sweet.....lovely sweetness

  • thank you woody for this sweet, beautiful movie.

  • one of my favorite scenes from the movie......I have always adored Michael Caine....beautiful poetry....so romantic....thanks for posting this.

  • Michael Caine's character in this is so pathetic--which makes me love him all the more. He's human. Also, look at him. Perfect.

  • @LadyEdgar i wouldn't say 'pathetic', more of a bumbler intellectual who's socially challenged and in love with a women rediculously younger than he is.

  • One of the most beautiful, powerful, pieces of romantic poetry I've ever heard.

    e e cummings

  • I like the third stanza:

or if your wish be to close me,i and

my life will shut very beautifully, suddenly,

as when the heart of this flower imagines

    the snow carefully everywhere descending

  • Perfect! The music, the acting, the atmosphere, the poem. Oh, I like that bookstore! Hard to find in these days, I guess....

  • I totally agree with you :)

  • your slightest look easily will unclose me
