I'm not to familiar with the 3g eclipses, I know theres only like 4 trim levels tho, theres a couple of 3g rs's at a dealership where I live, I think there both auto. For a regular daily driver are the cars pretty dependable, my 95 eclipse threw a rod so I'm trying to find a replacement car to drive. I seem to have no luck in finding a 5 speed anything for under $4000, unless it has 200k+ miles, so I get stuck with slush boxes. Any info on the 3g eclipses is appreciated.

As far as i can say...the GSX all it has really is just an incredible Launch Power...& a bit of more acceleration than the 6G72 GTS... But the GTS has waaaay more speed obviously cause is a V6..

doesn't matter if you have a clean record they go by how often ppl who drive those cars file claims. sadly their are shitty drivers out there i too have a clean record and im 20 and i have a 00 gt and my insurance is pretty expensive sense its in my name. try getting in your parents name cuz unless u buy it all at once your going to need a bank loan and they make u get full coverage. ur insurance is going to be high until you hit 25 they consider that they age to lower it. hope this helps.
