Nice videos, been doing some of your original ones on rings. Along way to go for front lever, but meh training isn't fun unless i'm learning something new.

Problemo i found is i will always fall into an L sit lol, first time ever my shoulders haven't been strong enough for something.

Got my muscle ups in......now will get this haha.

a frontlever doesnt really imply a pull-up
