The first time I ever heard oscar, I was almost asleep in the middle of nowhere in washington state, my first time driving truck into unknown territory, in a pull out in the middle of nowhere with nobody around for miles back in 2006. It scared the living daylights out of me, I couldn't get back to sleep so I drove for a few more hours into into oregon. After hearing him again, he's not scary at all.
