@flawless991 Thanks again.....cardio everyday is not a good idea as long duration of cardio can put your muscles into a catabolic state( muscle breakdown),i personally don't do cardio but i make my clients do 100 meter sprints 2 -3 times a week on alternate days....its quicker and more effective....regards raghav :-)

That's really awesome man. I basically was really skinny and in 3 months, i gained 25 pounds by eating 6 meals, working out, and a lot of food with protein and protein shakes. Most of it is muscle because I can see it. But I've also started to gain a little fat on my tummy. If I stop eating lots, I wont get bigger. And how did you work out twice a day as I read in your reply to someone. muscles need atleast 48 hours of rest to grow and repair after weight training? any tips will be appreciated.

Hey...i'm 21 yrs old..male...i used to gym wen i was 18-19 yrs old..a lot of workout for my legs as i was into college football..now i have a job..and i stopped everything abrubtly wen i was around 20..and now i have gained fat mainly at the butt region. do u know anything that will help me reduce that? i need only body weight exercies or at the most exercies with low weights. @majinkenshin911 3 sets of 50-100 no weight squats hands extended out. and 2-3 miles a week is resonable and will get rid of your problem and always remember there is no such thing as spot fat removal you must lower it around your intier body the cardio is important for that and the squats will help tone.

@100Karthik im 17, 176 cm, 76 kg, never atcually been any fat or anything, im haveing a high burning calories dont do anything much, basicly i walk alot, i walk to school ever day, 15min walk up and down, and i walk 45 min back and forth to my best mate, and im sitting infront of the tv with him playing black ops /mw2 from 15:30-21:00 then i walk back home, and still im not any fat, life is mysterius and i like it ^^
