Hi Schmitty, thanks so much for the comment! I have found that simply disagreeing or challenging what they know is in fact being disrespectful and rude and warrants a blocking and/or a radical outburst of accusations rather than a discussion. I am completely dumbfounded by this philosophy. How can anything be achieved this way? Sad indeed! Take care!
Hi bigusdikus0, thanks for the comment! Yes, I too have been blocked by kangarooelaine for simply having a difference of opinion. I wonder how anyone regardless of where they stand on an issue hopes to bring change when they are unwilling to discuss the issue with those who have a different perspective. Take care and thanks again for watching!
GaryNull - It is a fallacy of generalization to say that "Meat eaters are not very bright." It's like saying drivers drive drunk because some do. A sampling of a group does not reflect the whole.
I agree. Veganism is fine but not viable for everyone, regardless of the hate and belittlement of meat eaters.
What may take little effort for some may take significantly more effort for others, resulting in oversimplifications by some Vegans.
We are omnivorous and it is only normal for people to consume what is readily available in their local area to fulfill their needs, whether it is meat/fish or vegetation. Importing is not economically viable for everyone.
Thanks Canuck! I do know that soy milk is available in my local grocery, however, as far as the great variety of vegan alternatives that exists we just don't have them. Sure, I may have over looked a few items and I will be paying extra attention next time I do my rounds but veganism is just not - as you said - viable here on a full scale.
Hiya SocialDeviant77, thank YOU for the comment. :) Take care!
