I miss Iz. He represents for me all that I love about the islands. Nowhere on Earth have I found people who made me feel as welcome and instantly part of their family than I did in Hawaii. Though I never got the chance to meet Iz in person, I have friends who were close to him and his family. From all reports, his heart was as big as he was. It seems that his music was everywhere during my stay there as well. I can't think of those times without thinking of him. Godspeed, bruddah!

agreed. Some people are just too ignorant for their own good. I first learned of Izzy on my trip to Hawaii in 2005. I fell in love with Izzy and the islands. There's just something about those islands that call you back. I've been all over the Carribean and nowhere in the Carribean makes me long to return like Hawaii does. Thanks for sharing the video.

~ God grants me peace when I hear this song. I was small when I first heard it and my heart was broken when my grandpa passed, ever since then when I play this song or IZ's music I feel tranquil and appreciate the beauty and melody that is all around me instead of allowing disturbances in life disrupt my God given peace.
