great days - never forget our coachtrip to Goldmine from my local long hot summer of 1983. in that era it was all baggy jeans, white socks, slip-on shoes or loafers, dyed blonde wedge haircuts, checked shirts unbuttoned to show your maze or other funk or soul t-shirt, gold chains.
I used to do all those clubs as well as the greyhound in chadwell heath and the capital best disco in town at the lyceum. Saw imagination live there one saturday night.
