Rob was super in this and so was Jim Beluschi, but DEMI MOORE IS EXCELLENT in this. i highly recommend this romance film! Demi's strongest scene is when she and Rob break up when she gets home after the New Year's Eve party... watch her excellent acting performance! Super movie! It's got everything! My rating: 10-stars out of 10!

The best thing about this movie is Jim Belushi. The stuff between Lowe and Moore is the usual, ultimately banal relationship crap anyone over 25 will have been through at least once. But Belushi gets (or makes) all the best lines, he remains free of tedious emotional entanglements, and he never, ever compromises his sense self, for anyone. What a guy!

No, he's just reached that point when you 've forgotten all the evil, manipulative bitch from hell crap she did that made you dump her , and all you remember are the twenty or so minutes of actual fun you had together, and get filled with a kind of buyer's remorse, only in reverse . If you suck it up and drink heavily for a bit, it goes away, though.
