My late-father taught me to listen the songs from " Miss Little star ". I have to admire my father with only Grade 4 education and could understand the formal Chinese she sang. During 1930 the average people only went to school for a couple of years and somehow they could understand the classic Chinese like this song. Thank you for sharing.
