this was funny guys! but what you need to do is open the can in a bucket filled with cold water, (hot water will make the smell worse) and later wash the fish under a tap with cold water for about 8 minutes, that will take away the horrible saltyness, then you need to cut the fishmeat upp to tiny pieces, that´s when you can eat it and it will taste "decent" but with sourcream, fine choped red union, potatos mashed or whole and a sprinkle with blckpepper..... ! Sehr gut! /chris

Peel off the skin and get the bones out by crushing it along it's back, fins upwards. Then just remove the spine and the intestons. Then cut it to pieces, put it on a flatbread with boiled potatoes, onions and sourcream sit back and enjoy with a cold beer. + you got to open the can in a bucket of water to avoid it spraying your face!
