Skydog Woody is a recording project featuring two of the

world's most famous guitars; Duane Allman's 1957 Gibson

Goldtop Les Paul & Allen Woody's Gibson Thunderbird bass.

The Goldtop was used on the Allman Brothers' first albums

and Eric Clapton's Layla. The Thunderbird was also used on

numerous Allman Brothers' records. With the blessings and approvals of all parties involved, the band is taking on this project with a lot of love

and respect for these guitars and where they come from.
