The only free roam games that rival this are Just Cause 2 and Saints Row 2. Just Cause 2 WOULD be the ultimate open worlder were it not for the fact that it doesn't have cheats of any kind, whereas SR 2 and crackdown do. I hope theyb release something resembling keys to the city on JC 2. It would be AMAZING. (does anyone else love spawning a squad of peace keepers in front of an army of freaks? Reminds me of Resident Evil: Nemesis where umbrella is trying to "contain" the infection.....
