It only looks like a zip/winrar file. what you downloaded was the iso image. burn that image using cheetah, or another burning software,(alcohol 120%) works. and remember DO NOT extract

I have that problem too, it means you dont have a dvd burner so you can't download anything on a dvd; unless you purchase a dvd burner.
