my dad and i used to watch this it would do better now i think people are more open to musical tv i think it was a good shot at a lost art and i applaud them

Yeah, the show would work nowadays with better written songs, and studios would insist American Idol B-listers would be in it, which would drive up viewership. I still wouldn't watch it, though

OMG!!!! I L O V E D cop rock!!! I was in a local production of GREASE with kathleen (crack mom) before this show was cast. I think we're ready for it again! Do you realize it played like 20 years ago!?!?!?!?!? GEEZ, I'm old. Kathleen still sings and you can buy her cds.

you have no idea how much i loved this show... and i watched it when it played FIRST RUN. i'm not one of these "jump on the bandwagon years later" guys... oh well. what are you gonna do? kidnapped was one of my favorite shows this past year and it was cancelled after five episodes... maybe the networks are trying to tell me something!
