Jodie has a very infectious laugh. Being the only woman on the men's team could have been a very intimidating experience, but Jodie seems like the one who can handle the situation quite well.

Watching the low-tech, outside exercise approach is really interesting after seeing the U.S. & Australia versions. After all, you don't really need a huge gym filled with $4 million of equipment to get fit, do you? But you wouldn't know that if you only saw what is done on The Biggest Loser U.S.

Its still exploitation but at least in the UK version there is a some humanity about it. Their not having them roll around in mud or extending the time on the scale asking questions like " how do you feel about letting yourself get to this point". The Aus version is pure malice-anything goes, and the US version is eually evil, but knows how far to push before the public pushs back. I think there might just be some civility in this one.
