  • Was a great stove for us for 3 years until a power outage caused it to catch fire. just did minor damage to the stove but smoke damage through-out our house. it runs now but not like it should

  • @111kaylalynn First, thanks for commenting. Smoke not good! We had a similar situation with a power outage. The glitch in the power upset the factory settings. As soon as we powered it back on, it burned aggressive and hot. However, after a call with England's Stove Works, I was able to reset control panel and understand the factory settings. I'll post them in my next comment.

  • @111kaylalynn Settings: With our thermostat attached we have: Low Fuel Feed set to 3, Low Air Burn set to 4, Air On Temp set to 1 – Heat on 5 and Blower on 9. You can check them by pressing the corresponding buttons.

  • We would be lost without this video. We love our pellet stove, it is the only thing that heats our house.. Thank you so much for posting this video!! I hope there is more to come.. We have had ours for 4 winters and it heats great..

  • @coyotelnds Thank You! We're on 3.5 years with ours. As with all wood/pellet stoves, they require routine maintenance. If you want to enjoy your stove to the next level, put a thermostat on it. I installed one while on my lunch break - it's that easy. Refer to user manual on-line - only 2 wires. Thermostat was very easy to find. The Honeywell RTHL2310/RTHL221 Series is designed to work with pellet stoves. Make sure heat is set to 5 after installing. Stove will feed as needed to maintain temp.

  • Unreliable stove! Beware before buying.

  • @jacklawrence84 Thanks for watching and I do appreciate your comment. While it is true there have been some issues with these stoves, we have been operating 24/7 for 3 Winters now (knock on wood). All pellet stoves have problems at some point.. and I'm certainly not implying that this is the best pellet stove. No matter what pellet stove you have, be sure to do the required maintenance. Thanks again!

  • @jacklawrence84 please explain, i have this stove, minus the squeeky blower it has been reliable for me

  • I put this video out for those interested in using wood pellets to heat their home. England's pellet stoves are relatively easy to work on and maintain. Maintenance is key with owing any wood or wood pellet stove. Changing this gasket and cleaning the burn put improved my stove's performance by 35%-40%. The gasket paid for itself in the first week. Used far less pellets after replacement.
