Hi, love your videos. They're super helpful. Quick question, I have my eye on Wet Sand under the Lucent Blush category but how do you work it as a blush? Is this like the same concept as the MAC MSF's? Your blog swatch pictures makes me think that it's TOO white but then again it doesn't look blended, so in your opinion how does it come out when it's blended???? Hope you can help. Thanks.

Hello! I just swatched Wet Sand on my hand and it does go on kinda white on my medium toned skin. It's probably better for lighter or fair skin tones. It's a sheer color but it's also a bit sparkly and I don't like shimmery blushes so that's why I've never used. I've heard Viki's Radiant Creation is nice, but I've never tried it.

You're welcome! =) If you use apple with a light hand then it's fine. The other matte pinks are darker than apple. Nick Nack is a more natural pink but that one hardly shows up on my medium-toned skin. Snuggle is a nice light pink but that's a sheen finish.

Their pressed blushes have been discontinued but I don't know if they may bring them back.

Hi, im asian so my skin tone is about medium i guess ... I want to have a light peachy - pink that would look natural on my face ... And im thinking about daydream , nick nack , weekend getaway and summer stroll .... I actually like daydream and nicknack a lot but since i seen ur blog for the swatches ... Hello! I'd have to recommend All Smiles for a great peachy color but that's matte if you don't like matte. Weekend Getaway is a peachy-pink but it's lighter in color than All Smiles. Summer Stroll is brighter than All Smiles and has a little sheen to it. But you didn't mention All Smiles so I'd have to say maybe Weekend Getaway but in the swatch, it's a lil' light like Daydream. All Smiles is my fave =)

Hi, just wondering if there is any difference between the loose mineral blush and the pressed blush regarding the colour? Which do you prefer?

Hello! There isn't much of a difference; actually I think they're pretty much the same. The pressed ones have a odor to them (I guess it's the jojoba) and they're really fragile. But it's less messy than the loose form.

EDM is supposed to be coming out with new compacts for their pressed blushes so I'm waiting till then so I can get Apple in pressed form.

There was a code for it at that time but they have specials ALL the time. Their new one is posted on their website under the Community Section in "Specials".

I love peach blushes but for some reason Summer Stroll wasn't working for me. I like All Smiles on me better.

I also wear EVM Golden Med. in Intensive and have never been a blush person till now. I have acne and most of my scars are concentrated in the cheek area.

But since I discovered EVM I can hide them better and look fwd to trying on diff. blushes. So far I've loved Apple,Daydream,and Wknd Getaway. TY for the suggestions.

Their shimmer blushes have like pieces of sparkle in them, kind of like a shimmery eyeshadow whereas their sheen blushes have like a dewey appearance, where the whole swatch of color has a slight sheen to it instead of pieces of sparkle in it. Hope this helps! =)

Hmm I think I get now :D So shimmery blushes are the most "shining", than are sheen blushes and the last one are matte blushes - non-shining one. Is it correct? XD

Yes, that's correct! I don't like shimmery blushes but I find that I like the sheen blushes because they're not sparkly, they're just dewy-looking. If there's a makeup dictionary out there, then I'm sure it'll be in there! Hehe :)

I've heard about that but I looked and looked at it, especially on my arm and it's definitely matte. The EDM website has it in the wrong category as a lot of the other ones.

Mine has the most sheen out of any blush I've ever used. Maybe our batches are different...you should try applying it to your face. That was when I saw it has sheen. great video!

My favorite atm is Yard Sale - this is perfect for a totally neutral look since it doesn't really show like a typical blush. The color is more peachy than Waffle Cone but not darker (and I don't think neither lighter)

I just love the EDM blushes since I can always also use them as e/s. Till now I got many samples and minis of them but still can't really say that there is a color range I don't like. (Just have to be carfule with applying the pinke ones)
