Rossi is the Italian (Stallion XD), Hotch is the Alpha Male, Reid is the geek/nerd and my personal fave, Morgan (in Garcia's words) is a god of sculpted chocolate. And Gideon is played by the same actor who played Inigo Montoya from The Princess Bride. So no surprises there.
