Maybe this could be the way the craft reflects light maybe, actualy the slight tiny flash is how i even seen them. Umm acually if u looked close it looked lik a war their were several lights flashig which could be explosions, and also the supposed disk object looks lik an UFO but im not sure wat i could be all i kno is tht the object appere to be shot down becuz u can see a flash at the left side of the object and thenit appers to fall or as some people think start to disend.

The lights may have been the lights for the runway.
The pilot may have not been able to see it through the cloud so they may have turned them on for him. Those lights move the same exact way.
As for the ufo sighting, well I don't know what that could have been haha.
