Reading the description, this half works on the SNES version. You can perform the "walk through the wall" trick, however going to World -1 you can not.

Wrong. If you follow a certain path you go to -2. It is actually 37-1 but since the tile 37 is a empty square, it shows a -1, so you beat it PROPERLY it goes to 37-2, whinch shows -2.
