the day after craniosynostosis surgery watching icarly

My wife and I just had a little boy born with Metopic synostosis on April 13th, 2011. He has the bulging eyes and as he's growing his narrow head and eyes are becoming more noticeable. He's scheduled for surgery this November with a neurosurgeon and plastic surgeon. Thank God he's alert, looks around, and is moving around in his crib. It's stressful for my wife and me.

I just hope he looks normal and can lead the life he should :(

i had this kind of surgery. ear to ear. said when i was a teen i might need it again well my head looks funny like when i was a baby so we're getting it checked out

My now 3 year old son had this surgery at childrens hospital in Milwaukee WI. he had his first surgery at 6 months and the second at 1 1/2, he is doing very well, the second surgery was easier than the first if you have any questions feel free to ask and I will respond
