nice workout but he needs to do these with intensity and explode with everything he has when he jumps and sprints. otherwise he is just working on endurance and not explosivenessand vertical. it would be better if he went harder for a shorter amount of time then completely rested then did it again. there are better ways to train for endurance than this.

the resistance bands are amazing. i work with coach d.... when im not injured from soccer :( and hes as good as it gets.. when working with coach d he pushes me, an 8th grader to a college level, and plus you get to meet some cool people because hes knows everyone

You number are very good for your age. They is to continue building strength in your legs including your quads, hams, glutes, hips and abs. I like the idea of straight up jumps. I suggest working your sets from a normal jump position and not squatting below where you would normally jump from. try doing sets with just your legs and do not use your arms.
I actually just checked, and i started working out again, (i broke my arm for six weeks and had to stop working out for about ten weeks) and I actually some how got a 21 inch vert. I'm also 5'7"

This makes me feel as though I am watching an advertisement, an educational one. I just want to make sure if these bands works. I really want to get better in basketball. I want to make it to the team for next year's tournament. $40 is a lot of money to me and I don't want to waste it. I would appreciate your replies and inputs. Thanks!
This trainer is in Kansas City. I am not sure how to find these type trainers. He is very affordable but come prepared to have fun and be pushed to reach your maximum potential.

im working on my vert, got about 17 inches and im 13. 17 inches, jumping straight up, no running. IS that good for 13 year old?
