Scientologists basically believe that all humans were brought to Earth by an alien commander named Xenu that dropped a bunch of nukes into volcanoes after leaving the humans on Earth, creating some sort of particles called Thetans which cause negative emotions. They deny psychology as a science, claiming that it was a hoax created by the Nazis to convince the public to take medication that they prescribed to keep the masses drugged. Yeah, they are pretty much UFO freaks with better publicity.

Well, the only other thing that I know about it is that it's founder, L. Ron Hubbard, was a science fiction author. You know the movie Battlefield Earth? That movie was adapted from one of his books of the same name (and John Travolta who played one of the aliens in that movie is also a scientologist lol).
