hey fever man when i use my capture card (Dazzle) I get the line on the top of all of my vids can i correct this by trimming off the top in the vegas editor?

@v3nomously Use the Event Pan & Crop on your clip. Do it before you cut it up otherwise you'll have to do it to each individual segment. Just set it up once then name it something and save the setting. Then you can just use that setting every time.

@LillProwler Can't tell if you've fixed it but it's probably caused from interference. Your cables may not be shielded or are low quality. Even if they are try moving them away from other cables and power cords.
