When a dog alerts the officers to the possibility of something in the trunk, the driver says "Oh it's nothing" The officers reply "Okay, thanks for clearing that up"

When asked to roll down his window and they ask questions, he says, "No, I just want to be on my way. You can't ask me questions". The officers reply, "That's true. We've already inconvenienced you too much as it is. Have a bright and sunshiny day."

His job had no effect on how I felt about the issue, it's just something he mentioned. He could have been anyone, but it was this guy. I'm not going to make a video about every victim of police brutality, but when I find something getting as much attention as this (and I freely admit I mostly did it for the views), I'll add in my two cents. Does that mean I don't care when it happens to others? No, it just means I'm a selfish bastard trying to capitalize on someone else's tragic experience.

Yes that may be but all i noticed was a test that was failed by men and women sworn to protect us and the constitunion. Its very sad to see this stuff. The sader part is alot of people think the police where not in the wrong. They say that the cops are just doing there job, if you have nothing to hide answer the question. They have no right to this! Well I am glad I can calmly debate this. I will agree these assholes had no means justifying what they did. As far as what is this guys name? Most people know you don't get testy with cops. Sad thing is even if they are assholes if your one back you almost always end up losing. His this guy complied it might be a totally different story. Instead he stayed in his car with his windows rolled up like there was something to hide. I am not agreeing with the way he was treated by any means.

I think you would change your mind if the border patrol officer did not do their jobs and would let a terrorist cross the border and blow up a building where a relative of your would be working. I bet you would be singing a different tune then. I have crossed the border many times, i never had a problem, EVER! i support the border patrol 100% .

Except this guy wasn't crossing the border. He was miles from the border, and not heading TO the border. Stopping someone coming across the border is one thing, stopping someone on this side of the border, and bullying them is another thing altogether.

Good point, except he is driving near the border where there is alot of illegal activity going on, where smugglers are very active. Their job is to stop and search any veichle that looks suspicious. If they didnt do that, this country would be even more messed up as far as drugs and illegal aliens.

Dude, what those cops did was UNCONSTITUTIONAL. But its ok, because 9/11 happened, and we gotta be safe (sarcasm). I go through these stops all the time, only the weather is colder. Its not fair to be stopped and asked where you are going or coming from. They stop just short of asking for my papers. This is NOT a one of a kind thing, it happens all the time. Wake up your friends to this so they know what to do.
