I've loved the original version of this song for many years and to hear it done with such a beautiful female voice makes it even better. Though it's credited to Buffalo Springfield, credit goes to Neil Young who wrote and sung it while in that band.

This video says, "Originally written and performed by Buffalo Springfield." Buffalo Springfield had nothing to do with this song. "Expecting to Fly" was originally written and recorded by Neil Young shortly after leaving Buffalo Springfield in the Spring of 1967, and then he basically gave it to them for their album when he briefly rejoined the band in August, 1967.

Plus, Snodgress dropped the charges saying, "I felt terrible about the whole thing...".
