Pros: The drummer seems reasonably dextrous

They use a roland juno

The singer has an alright voice

Cons: -The bassist is retarded. He cant seem to manage simple 16th lines.

-The keyboardist doesnt do anything with the roland juno and seems to be dancing around instead thinking that it will play itself

-She cant tune her guitar

-The violinist cant play in tune

-The drummer cant help but rush.

firstly, i wouldnt class myself as a nobody in many respects, least of all music criticism. i hold a diploma in classical music and last night played in a rock band to a sold out and reasonably well known venue.

I dont mean to brag, and im sorry that i have, but nevertheless, rather than dismissing me as an entertainment at least launch a counter argument.

From what the song is like on the album, the synths are set to sound similar to the violin. Sarah also contributes to the chorus, mid verse and the long solo in the middle of the song.

Youre welcome to your opinion of course, but I think it works well. Their other album songs feature the synth much more prominantly and some of the other band members less so. They all have mains and backups, it just so happens that this song is low on the synth.

This one is pretty damn simple.

Besides.. i prefer lives to sound different.. adds some interest to that same song you've heard a million times.
