  • Must remember.. forever. I wish I knew this a long time. Hope it works

  • This one is definitely for me. I will try. Practice, Practice, Practice, Patience and Prayer.

  • THANKS

  • If you practice those steps several times combined with some Yoga exercises you can get very good results . Because when we are aware about our feelings we become the observer of them, so The emotions will gradually decrease.

  • "The simplistic belief that anger is invariably bad represents a childhood lesson that was taught and is not easily eradicated" (Joseph Nicolosi). Ditto say I for all the other so called 'negative' emotions- even shame- which all have a good side (if by other name). However, all are toxic when carried around/buried/repressed. We don't need express them to just anybody anywhere. Containment is wise in certain circumstances, althought repression is probably always maladaptive in the long run

  • @peacewalker7 : Thank you for your insights!

  • Thank you for this insight....but...What about Forgiving???I thought would be the 5th for sure...... or in with the 4th..to bring closure and peace......

  • @easeglider Trouble is "common sense" isn't very common is it?

And you can only have common sense when you see and think clearly.

  • Deepak you're awesome!

  • To difficult to comments on Ur items about The Soul.

  • For me, it's always been hard to remember how creative and actually "fun" the process can be. There is no "right" way for the process and method of ritual to be effective, nor is there a one "valid" mode of celebration.

I am always thinking of the bigger picture too. It's very difficult for me to take this as an individual without generalizing for the entire American Culture, Civilization, or the Global Community at large. Where is the critical mass line for Global Realization of Truth?

  • Thank you again!!

"Good luck"...that part was kind of funny :)....I know you meant it with sincerity; however, it just sounded kind of funny :)

    Much Love,

    Chris in Indy
