not bad you have rhythm, and groove, you are sorta slicing the song a bit too much tho. remember that trance is largely based on build up, tension then it releases. perhaps add some sweeps and slow intros/fades to your choruses (not too slow!) also be a little unpredictable like adding birds chirping or something original like that. its always good if you can give your audience some other stimulation of the senses with your music. after all most of em are on XTC and demand it... with a beat. =)

i would like to know how to get the tune-fillings in the piano roll locked. when i fill notes in there they're always slideable and don't stay on the white grid exactly.

there is a little black box at the top t will say none with a little arrow next to it click on that and click on cell it will then make the beats lock to a cell you can also do it with 1/4th this helps for snare roles etc

Great melody! I just have a few tips for you: First, at a couple of points where there are breakdowns, the song completely stops for a while, you may want to check that out. Also, despite the fact that this is your first video on youtube, you should probably add some automation to the tracks to make it more interesting. Finally, if you want to export this song to mp3, I suggest that you do some mastering (either in FL Studio or some other program) so that the dB level is more near 0.

A 3xOsc and a Wasp can do wonders.

I suggest you using a Vst with a supersaw function.
