@kdayjalil - Hey, well in this video it's Audacity if you were meaning that. But recently I've switched to Ableton Live, I also have a copy of Pro Tools 8 and Reason 5, for vocals I use Melodyne and I have a huge range of Vst plugins. :)

Try selecting the part of audio you want the effect on, in this case the whole track has been selected by double clicking then try adding effects. :-)

Do you think AvA use Audacity during a concert ? No, obviously, so a lot of effects sounds do the delay sound now. Set the time of delay on "30" and you'll see.

Audacity compares to other editors that you have to pay for, the way Gimp compares to Photoshop (Hahaha), because you don't have to pay for them and they are better than what you would pay for.

yeah. i haven't used the dd7 but obviously even though it isn't true bypass it mustn't drain the tone, because toms guitar sounds sweet with the full tone when he uses the delay.

you can also apply the same time to most delay pedals (ones that actually tell you what time is on the delay) and it will get the right delay....

Use some distortion and delay..

Good luck with Protools, its a whole different game from Audacity.

Also, Make sure its an Mbox and not something from M-Audio.. You should have Pro Tools LE.

Idk if they have 'Reverb' in Edinburgh but they are selling off 'Carillon Control' stuff, the '25' would do but its limited if you want a piano part so maybe get a bigger version.

The Carillon Control is the exact same as the M Audio 'Oxygen' stuff only a different badge/color but from same factory.

Well, I can't remember 100%, But I think I used my webcam to record the sound at that point, now I use an Auxillery cable, one end goes into my peavey amp (Aux) port and the other side fits into the mic slot in my pc, this is only temporary intill I get a sound card :) Hope this helps

i have made the actualy tom delonge effect on my pod x3 live, i added some flanger in too with a shredy distortion, ive made it so you tap the tempo you want with your foot, it sounds even better when you gradually open the wah as you're doing it.....i used tape echo, then edited the delay a little, it sounds perfect....ive wanted it for so long :)
