  • she had a swap at 1:04 ..... : /

  • Can I use these pleasee?

  • first round was shaky, second round? pure beauty. i mean she came out with a BANG

  • @ponyhunter2000 um i don't really remember actually but i remember there were definitely much better trips in the 1st round at least...in the 2nd, almost all of them looked amazing i thought!

  • she is an awesome rider but i saw so many mistakes in that round

  • she definitely was given an act of grace to make it to the second round but her test was flawless so i can see why she won

  • @pnyhntr yeah true...i don't really resent her winning at all...it's just it seems others put in better trips in both round 1 and 2 :P

  • @butifulrider i liked her second round more than her 1st.

  • she rides at my barn! spring mill! :)

  • what was the test for this year?

  • @ponyhunter2000 I think everyone agrees she's a very talented and accomplished rider...some of us just thought this wasn't her most stellar round :/ nobody was trying to be mean at all. in fact, i think she did deserve that win after her second round but hey, everyone is entitled to their opinion. and wow that's a lot of horses to ride per day! she is most definitely a hard worker

  • Hmm, I'm not trying to bad talk her, but to be honest I'm surprised she made it into the flat with this round! She had 2 or 3 deep distances and a swap right before the swedish oxer.

None the less, she's a great rider and I'm sure her other rounds made up for her mistakes :)

  • @8thwonderPony you should be even more surprised that she won hahaha

  • @poniesRdaSHIT well, I can't exactly say that because her flat and 2nd round might have been pretty darn amazing and made up for it. I watched it live, but I can't remember well enough to make a proper judgment!

  • @8thwonderPony actually i agree with the deep distances and the swap thing...that didn't look smooth at all :/ but what do i know? compared to other people though, she navigated the course pretty well and then i think the second round was flawless...i'll put that up too ASAP if i have it ;)

personally, i really want a guy to win it next year lol :)

  • @butifulrider Yeah, I also watched the USEF workoff just after this and I'm pretty suprised she won that with her test haha

I feel bad for saying that and she's obviously a way better rider then I am (and I'm not trying to say that she isn't a good rider because she is) I just hate the way equitation is judged sometimes. It honestly is not fair at all.

  • @8thwonderPony hmm i'll have to watch that!

and yes she is a great rider but i don't think that she rode the courses the best out of all the riders there..there is a lot of politics that goes into the judging which just scews the entire competition :/

  • @butifulrider Not to mention she was bouncing around on his back alot of the time, and wasn't landing 100% securely, but still a lovely round! However I don't really know much about 'american equitation' being a british showjumper aha. I completely agree with you two!

  • @SolitaireRules thanks! that's awesome about being a british showjumper! my friend who is doing the eq should talk to you...she's moving to england i think soon and has to switch over the jumpers :P

  • @butifulrider Ahh that would be cool! xx

  • yay! ive been looking for this round! she has such amazing posture and her horse is to die for!!!:)

  • i'm in awe of how smoothly she rode that.

  • @TheLovebug523 or not haha

  • @butifulrider other than all that... lawlz
