  • Another great way is using an old credit card or gift card

  • Knack, I'm back! Been gone too long, can't explain. Was frustrated watching some other so called "painting tips".They made me sad and uneasy. Then I watched this video. Believe me I promise never to leave you again, I am a happy bloke again and a wee bit smarter too! Pop stick and soap liquid. Brilliant as usual.

  • I believe you are incorrect Mr. shaneconlan1, for it is YOUR secret, not OURS.

  • Here in the states the sticks are commonly known as "Popsicle sticks", Popsicle being an ice cream brand name. We can buy them packaged (just the sticks, not the edible) at craft stores and at Wal-Mart's craft department - they are called "Craft Sticks", appropriately enough, and they also come in a wider version which resembles a doctor's tongue depresser, as in "say ah".

Instead of the stick, you can also use the back of a plastic (disposable) spoon.

    Thanks for the vid!

  • Gidday mate, unfortunately as far as l know there isn't an extension you can add to the existing caulking gun nozzle. If you want a really neat job you will need to remove the fawcett. Sorry about that.

  • Do you have any tips on how to caulk where the caulk gun won't reach? I recently had to replace the caulk around my bathroom sink. I didn't want to remove the faucet fixture but it blocks the caulk gun for a 40cm run.

  • Love ya work!

Just in time for my kitchen sink job

  • superb!

  • @Ursadorable Thanks for the comment. It's a shame you didn't check the video out earlier before you started. The method really is a little ripper!

  • Love ya style uncle Knackers. Onya!!

  • heh great tip i loved it. very easy to follow now to try it on the sink =D

  • Great tip Knackers, good job the missus was there to remind you about the icelolly stick............LMFAO!!!

Keep them coming mate & stand a bit closer to the razor tomorrow!!!

  • Nice one. Gives me an excuse to buy an icecream as well. Any one had a crack with a Bubble-O-Bill stick?

  • Good to see some Aussie tip going online. Subscribed. The paddle pop stick adds consistency to the edge. I usually use a finger though a paddle pop stick could taste so much nicer.

  • Nice tip. But what about the little leftovers up the side of the sink? How do you clean those?

  • @queeblogalina Real simple, just go back over with your icy pole stick and they come straight off. I should have done that..oops. Thanks for the comment

  • Great videos Uncle Knackers, keep up the good work.

  • Must have an ice headache after eating the paddle pop that quickly.

  • @Threads4you

You have no idea of the pain!! Sticking your head in a freezer, on a bed of needles will give you some idea.
