You would be well advise to read the whole dialogue yourself. It takes time to sift through it all but in the end its worth it. Although I was aware of the most important part of what he was saying, the other information was quite intriguing. So take the time and read read everything, then come to a decision on YOUR OWN, do go looking for what other people had to say unless your "fact-checking" some of his statements.

The dialogue dude :D And its answered in somewhat of a metaphor. The author is very unclear and was a large believer of free will, in order for him to give answers he needed the questions.

I recommend you read the dialogue in the description as well as a book "And The Truth Shall Set You Free" that book should answer any of the questions the dialogue leaves floating.
