Dude u should repack the muffler cause i dont think they come packed by the factory.Plus it will increase performance and silence the bike a bit.

That reverse have gear oil in it, doesn't sound like it, looks like the clutch need to be loosened up, engaging too high and not staying engaged to well

for the most part your right, but he's barely touching the throttle so the clutch isnt fully engaged. but yeah its set a tad high.
